Payment and Cancellation policy

In accordance with the provisions of the law, our tours are covered by a liability and a personal accident insurances.

Payment policy

Up to 30 days before the start of the service, must deposit 20% of the total booking amount and send us, by email, a copy of the payment receipt. The remaining 80% must be paid 7 days before the start of the service.

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account of Milacessos - Cooperative Services and Social Solidarity crl: Upon reservation we will send you our bank data.

For the moment we are not accepting credit cards payments.

If the reservation is made under less 7 days in advance, the total price of the tour must be paid upon the reservation, the latter being conditioned by the confirmation of availability by the suppliers of the services included in the trip.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days: Cancellation without penalty.
• Up to 7 days prior to arrival in Portugal: 20%.
• Less than 7 days: 100%
• If, for health reasons, the tour cannot be done or rescheduled, and there has not been any expenses with the reservation: Cancellation without penalty
